Scope
These terms concern capital-matters.com and the Capital Matters FX application associated with CAPITAL MATTERS RE SERVICES LIMITED. They are not a client agreement for live financial products. By using these services you agree to use them lawfully and in accordance with these terms.
Market information and calculations
The current application displays public indicative FX quotes from Swissquote and calculates currency values and position estimates from those quotes and values you enter. There is no connected trading account, order execution, deposit or withdrawal service in this release. Calculator results are information only and do not constitute transactions or an account statement.
Information and availability
Website information is general in nature and does not take account of your objectives, financial situation or needs. It is not a personal recommendation or an offer to acquire a particular financial product. Services and content may change or become unavailable. Indicative quotes and market descriptions should not be relied on as executable prices for real transactions.
Financial services
The scope of services available to individual clients is subject to the terms of the applicable financial services documentation, client eligibility, product availability and Australian financial services law. Any live financial service would be governed by applicable client terms and disclosure documents made available before access. The presence of a licence number is not an endorsement of the app or a guarantee of returns.

Do not attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the service, introduce malicious software or misrepresent your identity in communications. The application does not request trading credentials. You are responsible for your device security and for any information you choose to send to support.
